The best muesli in the world

We have been toasting muesli. I am currently in love with all things crunchy and was looking around for a good and quick granola recipe. I found it and want to share it with you. Mmmmhhh, I can still smell the honey and the oats baking in the oven. Soooo good.

The best muesli in the world

Ingredients:
350g Traditional Oats
100g Flaked Almonds
50g Coconut flaked
50g Walnuts
30g Seeds (you can use Sunflower, Chia or Sesame Seeds)
180g Honey
6 Tablespoons of Oil
100g dried Fruits

• Mix all the ingredients (except the fruit) in a bowl and spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper
• Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
• Roast for about 20 minutes and toss and turn every 5 minutes. That makes the muesli really crunchy and this way it also does not burn.
• Once golden brown, take it out of the oven and mix with the fruits.
• Store in an airtight container.

All About Super Foods Mix

DRUMROLL... may I introduce the new popular mix in our portfolio ;o)

The 'All About Superfoods Mix': This mix is super by all means- it is super tasty, super delicious and super healthy because it contains lots of super foods all the way to the base mix.
We have toasted and traditional rolled oats for the base mix, then add some berries galore with blueberries and gojiberries. An apple a day keeps the doctor away, right? So we added that one as well.
And then there are the nuts - there are walnuts and almonds and seeds- there are chia seeds and pepitas. A winning combination that has plenty of antioxidants.

 I don't think I have to say more. We hope you like it as much as we do. And if you would like to tweak it a bit here and there to suit you personal taste, just load it into the mixer and keep changing, adding and mixing. My personal choice would be some dark chocolate but by now you are probably aware that for me it is all about chocolate...yum yum yum! Order it now!

1. Go to the mixer by clicking on 'Mix it!'
2. Mix your muesli like usual by selecting a base mix and then adding all the ingredients that you want.
3. Go to the 'Extras' in the mixer, scroll to the 'ingredient' Gift box and add it to your mix.
4. You can choose between adding a box that comes with a bowl and a spoon or you can choose a box that just has two bags of muesli neatly packed in it. For this one you can either order two of the same muesli or two different ones.
5. Go to the checkout and enter your details. You are also able to give us the address from your friend to make it a surprise delivery, by clicking on ship to a different address.
